This position allows you to greet our guests, build rapport and trust in both yourself and the company, tour our magnificent resort & amenities, and ask them to become a part of the Wyndham family by purchasing during the presentation. Benefits and Compensation:


- Hourly pay, plus commission for the first 60 days.
- Uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

Education and Experience:


- High School Diploma or GED required
- 1-2 years previous Timeshare sales experience
- 1-2 years previous consumer sales experience
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to obtain a Nevada Timeshare Agent license

Skills and Abilities:


- Positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Handles Rejection well
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Excellent active listening skills
- Ability to work independently and as a team player
- Knowledge and application of sales techniques such as: Rapport building, selling on emotion, building value in the product, and closing the sale
- Quick thinking and problem solving skills
- Professional demeanor and appearance
