The successful candidate will be responsible for the smooth and efficient running of the Front Desk within the Rooms Division in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.

Qualifications
The successful candidate will possess the following:


Previous 5 star Hotel experience in a similar position
Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality
To be enthusiastic and have exceptional personal presentation
Excellent customer service skills
Strong cashiering and computer skills, experience with Opera is an advantage
Availability to work on a rotating roster, weekends and public holidays
Ability to work efficiently and professionally under pressure
Exceptional telephone manner, communication skills, customer service and interpersonal skills are essential
Fluent in English and Spanish
