As we build a vibrant, passionate and fun-loving team, we are seeking a well-experienced ASSISTANT MANAGER- FLORIST WORKSHOP who will oversee the day to day operations of the Flower Workshop of the hotel.

Grand Hyatt Manila will feature 461 luxurious rooms and suites, a fitness centre and spa. F&B options include an all-day dining, international, and signature restaurant, lounge, entertainment complex, and state of the art event spaces that provide an abundance of culinary delights.

Your role is to oversee all aspects of operations of the hotel's Flower Workshop and ensure that it operates efficiently and profitably while maintaining a level service that is uniquely Grand Hyatt. You will assist in the development flower concept for the Hotel and lead all aspects of interior floral displays. You will also work closely with the hotel teams and local suppliers in designing custom floral arrangements for the public areas of the hotel, including restaurants and event spaces.

As a pre-opening team member, you will be involved in preparing the hotel for a successful opening. You will create the Departmental Operations Manual and establish the policies and procedures within your scope.


Bachelor's degree or certificate in Horticulture, Floral Design, or Landscape Architecture

With at least 3 years' experience in hotel or commercial floral design management.

With demonstrated ability in creative floral designs using different materials and plant products.

With good communication skills to have conversations with colleagues and guests about the art of flower arrangement.
