The Role Get to know all aspects of our brand and Hotel - our Communication Centre is the hub of all phone calls throughout Grand Hyatt Melbourne playing the role of In-Room Dining, Concierge, Housekeeping and general guest services. This position requires someone who can convey energy and sincerity over the phone and to provide exceptional customer service to all guests, both internal and external - you are the voice of Grand Hyatt Melbourne!

Day to Day


Provide an engaging an efficient interaction with guests over the phone
Provide key administration tasks to support the overall Rooms Division
Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, internal and external What we are looking for?


Someone who is able to convey a 'smile' over the phone
Previous Front Office or Communication Centre experience is considered advantageous
The ability to provide an engaging and efficient interaction with our guests
Intermediate Computer Skills in MS Office
Food and Beverage knowledge and Opera systems experience would be an advantage
MUST have an unrestricted working visa for Australia.
Be flexible enough so that you can work on a rotating roster, including weekends, overnights and public holidays. Culture
