Your main responsibility is to lead the Sales and Marketing functions at Hyatt Hotels Tanzania, meeting the needs of the business and delivering exceptional employee experiences. In this role you will report directly to the General Manager of the hotel and will responsible for the Sales and Marketing team.

As Director of Sales and Marketing you will seek ways to increase the organization's revenue and sales .Your role is to position the hotel in the marketplace through appropriate sales and marketing initiatives and to ensure the hotel product and services align with the positioning and brand promise created through marketing communications. To provide leadership in all selling activities within the hotel, working closely with the Rooms, Food and Beverage and other revenue-generating departments to maximize sales through the activities of the Sales Department and other employees

Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate who has at least 8 years of Sales & Marketing experience covering all aspects of hotel sales and marketing. An MBA qualified candidate is strongly preferred and a proven track record of managing a successful sales team, managing multiple client relationships and driving e-commerce strategies including distribution channels and social media platforms.
