Hyatt Place London - Heathrow/Hayes will offers 170 guestrooms in addition to 1,809 square feet (168 square meters) of meeting space, an open food market with made-to-order meals and snacks available around the clock, free Wi-Fi, and a well-equipped fitness centre.
This upscale select service hotel will cater to the multitasking traveller with a 24/7 lifestyle. Creating a modern, comfortable, seamless experience. The hotel will be located in Hayes, less than 15 minutes from London Heathrow Airport terminals and close to Stockley Park Business Park and Brunel University.

The Commis Chef reports to the Head Chef and is responsible for preparing the food items for the menu, breakfast buffet, meetings, events and for the employees. Responsibilities include working according to recipes, be conscious of food costs, handle equipment responsibly and with care. This person should have a passion for cooking and should be familiar with food items and food preparation standards.

Qualifications
You will have worked as a Commis de Cuisine and a diploma from a culinary school is preferred but not mandatory. The Commis de Cuisine must have the ability to work weekends and flexible hours and be able to multi-task and work as a team.
You will have the ability to learn quickly and work in a fast paced environment, delivering an underlying passion for quality service.

Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards will be essential.
