Responsible for sourcing, contracting and account managing affinity groups, employers, hospitality providers, incentive companies, and wholesale distributors with large audiences in order to generate revenue through travel bookings and membership programs designed for the participating partners' customers, members, or employees.

- Manage Affinity Sales team of Account Executives, providing leadership direction, professional and personal development and guidance and support to meet the needs of the individual and the business.
- Work with SVP Affinity Sales to develop annual sales and account management plan to meet or exceed customer acquisition and revenue targets.
- In coordination with Account Executive, closes sales by building rapport with potential account; explaining product and service capabilities; overcoming objections; preparing contracts.
- Source and contract new affinity partnerships, wholesalers, and hospitality groups who can provide access to minimum number of consumers that match the desired customer profile as identified in the sales plan.
- Work with affinity partner and EVR marketing team to develop an annual marketing and communication plan to promote accommodation, travel & leisure products and membership programs to the partner's employees or consumers.
- Contributes information to market strategy by monitoring competitive products and reactions from accounts.
- Helps recommend new products and services by evaluating current product results; identifying needs to be filled.
- Develop strong relationships with internal customers and key stakeholders including marketing, legal, finance, and revenue management.
- Maintain detailed lead generation, sales and account management records in and ensure adherence by team.


Basic Qualifications:

- Minimum of 10 years' experience and proven track record in B2B sales
- Previous leadership experience in a sales or account management environment
- Demonstrates ability to work under pressure
- Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong relationship builder
