Grand Hyatt Kochi, located on Bolgatty Island is slated to open in mid-2016. The hotel with 265 guest rooms, 5600 sq.m. of convention space amongst other facilities.

You will work closely together with our General Manager and Director of Sales & Marketing responsible for the positive development of the hotel's revenue streams by implementing effective pricing, distribution strategies and optimum channel revenue management.

You should be analytical and be able to produce accurate forecasts and statistics to be able to analyse all revenue earning opportunities from local and international markets to maximize top line revenue and yield high net profit

You will also have to ensure opportunities for revenue generation are maximized by using all appropriate tools and systems as per Hyatt Standards.

You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.

Ideally with a university degree in Strategic Marketing or Hospitality/Tourism management. An MBA would be preferred.

Minimum 2 years work experience as Revenue Manager in a Luxury Brand.

Strategic orientations, as well as good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
