At the moment we're looking for a Front Office Supervisor to join out energetic and enthusiastic team. Reporting to the Front Office Manager, you'll supervise the operations of the Front Office Department and coordinate operational efficiencies to meet Hotel budget targets. You will be required to work on a seven day roster with shifts fluctuating over a 24 hour basis.

You'll help to oversee the daily operation of the front desk, ensuring that the arrival and departure experience is smooth, efficient and in line with brand standards for all guests. You will be the first touch point for arriving guests and as such will need to perform to the highest standards. You will respond to guest needs and resolve any issues that arise confidently and independently as well as supporting other colleagues with difficult and challenging guest interactions.

You will oversee reception operations to ensure that all colleagues are well prepared and informed to deliver memorable guest experiences. You will be involved in the delivery of on job training for new and existing colleagues and as such will need to stay informed and up to date with new and emerging hotel and IHG policies, procedures and initiatives. You will guide the front office team to ensure that the integrity and consistency of brand standards are maintained and delivered at all times.

You will be fully conversant in emergency procedures and will actively participate in all emergency training, ensuring that all front office colleagues are confident to operate and act in an emergency situation.<br><br> Ideally, you'll have previous experience as a Front Office Supervisor or at least two years' experience in a Front Office Team and are looking for the next challenge in your career. You'll have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enthusiastic to work within a team, experience in delivering a high level of guest experience in a hotel environment, conflict resolution and are able to provide valuable feedback to employees through performance reviews.
