THE LANDING RESTAURANT
A full breakfast buffet greets our guest upon arrival. Eggs, breakfast meats, potatoes, bakery items, fresh fruits and bottomless coffee offerings make up the first, and most important, meal of the day. Our guest will start the day off right whether they choose the buffet or a chef prepared item from our breakfast menu.

CENTURY TAP ROOM
We feature a savor delicious regional cuisine, fine wine, and craft beer in a modern and relaxed atmosphere reflecting Southern California style. Our chefs are dedicated to offering distinctive all-day menu items with the freshest local ingredients and feature our classic Maryland crab cakes, braised beef short ribs, and one of the best burgers in town. Our extensive beer menu boasts over 30 draft and bottled beers from the best local craft and micro-breweries around the world.

YOKOSO SUSHI BAR
A favorite place to meet for sushi, sashimi, and sake in a sophisticated, contemporary setting reflecting the image of a Magnolia flower that evokes the energy of life and love of nature. Our Master Chefs specialize in Japanese cuisine and fusion style dishes that showcase the freshest fish and highest quality ingredients from the greater Los Angeles area. Signature menu items include seaweed salad, sashimi bowl, specialty house and traditional rolls. The diverse beverage list includes a selection of sake, fine wine, specialty cocktails and a full beer menu. Our guest enjoy watching our Chefs while they dine at the sushi bar.<br><br> In this role you will train and schedule employees to ensure proper coverage and oversee cash handling and check/credit policies and procedures. You will inspect restaurant daily to ensure high quality food and food presentation and cleanliness and conduct pre-shift meetings to inform staff of daily events. You will also ensure side work duties are complete and tables are set before, during and after opening hours and may routinely greet guests, serve food and beverage, and take reservations and maintain reservations book if applicable and perform other duties as assigned. In addition you will also provide support in the banquet department and lead the set-up and break-down, and/or clean up, of meeting rooms, banquet space and ballroom areas during assigned shift.

Qualifications include High School diploma or equivalent and one year food service experience in a full service restaurant or banquet department. Some college or supervisory experience preferred. Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler cards as required by local or state government agency. You may be required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays. This job requires ability to perform the following: carrying or lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds, moving about the outlet(s), handling food objects and products, bending, stooping and kneeling.
