As a Security & Risk Manager, you'll be responsible for all aspects of security and risk management on the hotel premises that includes

• Overall responsibility and training of the crisis management and risk management for the hotel
• Coordination and management of the security systems e.g. CCTV
• Lead, train and develop the Security department
• Provide support to the Departmental / Executive Managers with all areas relating to safety and security
• Coordinate and organize the day to day operations of the department including planning and controlling
• Network with Singapore Changi Airport security and the CAAS
• Maintain good communication and goodwill with the local police, fire brigade and informal leaders and relevant members of local community
• Manage the implementation of departmental standards
• Ensure the all security personnel as well as hotel's staff are adhering to hotel regulations and security procedures
• Coordinate with the local investigator in crime & accident handling and investigating
• Prepare security plan for specific events held in the hotel (seminar, conference, government, guest's wedding etc.) <br><br>Ideally, you'll have some or all of the following things we're looking for :

•Minimum 2 years experience as a Security Manager
•Excellent communication skills, written & oral with proficiency in English and local languages
