About the Role
As a Guest Service Officer - Regency Club, you will be responsible for the smooth running of the relevant shift of the hotel's executive floor, including check-in and check-out of guests, as well as the running of the executive floor lounge. Your ability to personalise the guest and colleague experience make you an outstanding Team Member, who will positively impact our business and clearly define our Regency Brand as we return to Sydney.

Main Responsibilities

Prepare for and assist guests check-in and check-out
Creating memorable guest experiences by personalising each interaction
P erforms opening and closing procedures
Monitors and actions email
Checks all Regency Club arrivals and VIP's making sure reservations and profiles are correct


Relevant customer service experience in the same or similar role ideally within a 5 star hotel
Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to personalise the guest experience
E xcellent interpersonal and team working skills
