About the Role
As the Team Leader - Regency Club, you will be responsible for the smooth running of the relevant shift of the hotel's executive floor, including check-in and check-out of guests, as well as the running of the executive floor lounge. Your ability to personalise the guest and colleague experience make you an outstanding Team Leader, who will positively impact our business and clearly define our Regency Brand as we return to Sydney.

Main Responsibilities

Managing the relevant shift and related responsibilities of the Regency Club including guest arrival, departure and the lounge area
Knowing all club lounge guests, understanding and anticipating their needs
Building and maintaining strong relationships across all levels of the organization
To plan and implement an effective training program for all employees ensuring that they have the necessary skills to perform their duties with the maximum of efficiency


Preferably a relevant degree in Business or Hospitality
Relevant experience in the same or similar role within a 5 star hotel
Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to personalise the guest experience
Excellent interpersonal skills
Highly motivated and solutions-oriented self-starter with adaptable teamwork style
