SCOPE: The general responsibilities include but not limited to offering ski assistance, help answer questions and genuinely make the owners and guests feel "at home". Assist owners, guests, and co-workers in a courteous, professional manner in order to maintain and provide the highest guest service experience possible.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Maintain an excellent understanding of safety and emergency procedures as they relate to the safety of owners, guests, and the property.

2. The Employee must be familiar with the rules and regulations as set in WVR Employee handbook.

3. The Employee must report to work on time, unlock the ski rack and be ready to assist owners and guests with loading and unloading of skies to and from WVR shuttles.

4. All employees must be familiar with property(s) amenities and hours of operations.

5. Develop a thorough knowledge of the town and surrounding areas, events, activities, restaurants, road directions, transportation options to the property, pick up place and schedule of City bus and WVR shuttles.

6. Work closely with the Guest Services Manager for group arrivals, clubhouse set up and breakdown.

7. Assist Front Office with any needs (answer phone calls, answer general guest questions, drive guests upon request, help deliver donations and recycling).

8. Develop a basic working knowledge of the PBX phone system and company radio using proper telephone and radio etiquette.

9. Maintain cleanliness of the property (Front Office area, clubhouse, bathrooms, patrol the property for trash and cigarette butts, and collecting trash bags from all areas).

10.Check and refill supplies (coffee supplies, doughnuts, put out cookies & cider in season, bathrooms, towels and spa cups).

11.Be familiar with the weekly work schedule and aware that it may change at times depending on occupancy to accommodate business demands.

Qualifications

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

1. Understanding of providing effective and efficient guest services generally associated with hotel type operations

2. Possess sensitivity to the needs of guests and owners of high quality condominium property.

SKILL at: to multi task; effective communication skills, both written and verbal; work as a team with Front Desk agents and all other property departments.
