JOB OVERVIEW

To Support the Europe Learning team before, during and after special large-scale projects while looking after the French Training Centre based in Paris. The first part of the internship (4 months) will be dedicated to the recruitment campaign of the European Future Leaders, working alongside the Graduate Recruitment team (Corporate and hotel based people).

The intern will have to support the team during the IHG school Tour but also during the different phases of the recruitment and will be responsible for the organisation of the assessment centres across Europe.

The second part of the internship (3 months) will be dedicated to the organisation of the Business School, working alongside the Training Executive for Europe. The intern will be responsible for the smooth running of the event.

This position is under the responsibility of the Graduate Programme Executive and of the Training Executive for Europe and is based at our Paris Corporate Office, with about 20% of travel over 7 months.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Future Leaders Recruitment
× Coordinates and participates in the IHG School tour (school presentation, social media administration, coordination of travel arrangements between the different stakeholders)
× Collate and administrate applications forms
× Ensure all applicants are treated with respect and receive timely responses
× Manage the different recruitment tools
× Organise the different interviews with programme stakeholders
× Administrate recruitment calendar
× Be the first point of contact for applicants
× Organise and manage assessment centres
× Work collaboratively with hotels for the assessment centres to run smoothly.
· IHG Europe Business School Organisation
× Pre-event: Manage student' registrations, organise the comms plan (internal and external stakeholders), collate the necessary material
× During the event: welcome participants, manage student' registrations and class attendance, support trainers in the set-up of their classrooms, coordinate the event with the hotel team, manage the social media comms
× Post-event: manage the post event admin (email to participants, surveys…).
· IHG Europe Training Coordination (French Training Centre)
× Manage relationship with different stakeholders (hosting venues and participants) and manage the participants' registrations
× Maintain a relationship of trust with governmental bodies (FAFIH and OPCALIA) in regards to the training administration
× Adapt the trainings to the French audience
× Support the Head of Learning Europe with the Learning Strategy
× Support the trainers in organising their sessions (learning manuals, venue booking…)
× Liaise with Other Southern European Learning centres (Spain, Italy…) and maintain the relationship with the main Headquarters Learning centre in Denham, UK.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
