As Manager, Learning and Development, you will partner with hotel General Managers, Hotel HRBPs and/or Hotel L&D Leaders to consult on their specific leadership and learning and development requirements. It will be required to deliver learning and development solutions through the Hotel-Based Learning and Development community and approved third party providers that are cost effective and that deliver appropriate business metrics and development initiatives.<br><br> Qualifications and Technical skills:
In addition to the requirements stated on the job description also include the below if applicable.

• Degree or international equivalent in Learning Development, Human Resources or business related field

• 5+ years project based experience in Learning and Development Leadership and Management Development or related with at least 3 years in a related industry and 3 years at regional or corporate level

• Proven experience of delivering complex projects including Learning and Training, Leadership development Management Development and Organisation Effectiveness within a large multi-national company

• Experience in working with different cultures reflecting the diversity of the SWA region

• Proven experience of leading a large multi-cultural team in a matrix organisation

• Strong consultancy, facilitation and problem solving skills

• Able to influence and negotiate with a wide range of senior stakeholders

• High level of credibility and ability to understand IHG tools and processes
