2017 marks the opening of the first Grand Hyatt in the Philippines at the Bonifacio Global City that will bring to life a radical transformation and perspective on what entertaining and hospitality is all about. As we build a vibrant, passionate and fun-loving team, we are seeking a well-experienced Chef de Cuisine - All Day Dining who will oversee the day to day operations of the All Day Dining Kitchen.

We are seeking a talented and experienced Chef de Cuisine to be responsible overseeing the food preparation and logistics, managing an efficient kitchen team, inventory of food and kitchen supplies, ordering, implementing policies and procedures. The right candidate will share our passion for providing bold and memorable moments that showcase F&B offerings that reflect our focus on quality and creativity, all served in grand style.

As a pre-opening team member, you will be involved in preparing the hotel for a successful opening and lead a team of inspired and well trained chefs. You will create the Departmental Operations Manual and establish the policies and procedures for your outlet and be responsible for directing and administering the All Day Dining operations in fulfilling the Grand Hyatt promise of delivering moments of more.

Qualifications

Education : Bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field

Professional Experience in Hospitality : Progressive career in All Day Dining kitchen gained over the last 5 years, 2 years of which would have been spent as a Chef de Cuisine or Head Chef. International culinary work experience is required for this position.

Comprehensive knowledge of Chinese cuisine and food presentation is essential.

Leadership Experience : Demonstrated skills in leading a diverse team with varying degrees of experience and talents Able to teach and inspire team members to be their best every day.
