Responsible for local marketing consultation and brand standards for Hyatt Hotels and Resorts, throughout Europe, Russia and the CIS. Works closely with assigned hotels to understand local business needs, trends and market conditions and identify revenue producing local marketing strategies, tactics and programs.

Works with Director of Brands EAME, SWA to develop turnkey marketing resources, tools and programs that can be used by hotels to generate awareness and drive business on a local level
First responder to hotel level questions about corporate or regional marketing tools, programs, campaigns and brand standards.
Shares local marketing and brand best practices
Assists the Director of Brands EAME, SWA with the communication of brand initiatives, brand standards and brand experiences applicable to Hyatt Hotels & Resorts throughout Europe, Russia and the CIS.
Provides feedback to the regional office related to the regional relevance and execution of the Hyatt Hotels & Resorts brand standards within their region
Collaborates closely with Regional Sales, Operations and Revenue Management by providing marketing expertise, marketing tools and direction that support Hyatt Hotels & Resorts openings, renovations, and other initiatives designed to maximize business performance
Understands local hotel business needs and competition for Hyatt Hotels & Resorts and helps guide the development of local marketing objectives, strategies and tactics that address property needs
Assists hotels with developing marketing plans and budgets by providing recommendations based on local market analysis, current performance metrics and best practices (from Digital Marketing and SEO to partnerships with local attractions)
Counsels hotels on managing Hyatt preferred marketing agencies and suppliers and provides assistance as needed
Supports Director of Brands EAME & SWA in managing local agencies (including creative, media, production, photography and translation) to provide optimal support for Hyatt properties so that they can be self-sufficient in the execution of their property-level marketing activities.


5+ years of experience
3+ years of marketing experience
Previous marketing experience in hotels, lodging or travel industry preferred
Ability to use research tools and interpret marketing data to develop marketing plans and programs that generate desired business results
Experience with strategic marketing plan development and execution of business building digital marketing tactics with demonstrable results.
Relationship-building skills at all levels of the organization
Superior presentation and strong English written communication skills
Strong management, training and organizational skills, with an ability to heavily multi-task and teach
Ability to travel frequently, even on short-notice
Superior Microsoft Office (Power Point, Excel, Word) skills required
