1. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Job Summary

Responsible for maintaining the physical environment of the Customer Service Center. Ensure continued maintenance and updates of all facilities; in order to guarantee an optimal office process and a safe, clean, secure, pleasant working environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities - (Key Activities of the role)


• Building Cleanliness, Safety and Security - Manage all aspects of the Center's daily facilities, against agreed standards and in line with statutory Health & Safety Requirements to guarantee failure resilience, and effective maintenance.


• Health and Safety - Ensure the Center operates within the required Health & Safety guidelines, through regular risk assessments and by providing management with regular updates, including any coaching and training where necessary, protecting the interests and safety of the employer and all its employees at all times.


• Facilities Management - Select and purchase facility-related products and services as specified by Functional/Corporate Guidelines or upon approval of the Center Director, within agreed budget parameters. Ensure an effective working relationship with suppliers in order to maintain delivery of the agreed facility service agreements.
• Will liaise with government agencies such as SSS, Pagibig, BIR, and Philhealth, banks, and travel agencies as needed

• Will process PEZA and SEC permits


• Will transact VISA and Alien Permit for foreign employees with Immigration and DOLE


• Will sort and deliver mails and small packages to company offices


• Will handle admistrative tasks from time to time <br><br> Requirements:

• Has experience in liaising with different government agencies as stated above
• Must be willing to do field work/travel
• Has good communication skills in verbal and written English
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule, holidays and weekends
• Must have finished 2nd year college level
• Knowledgeable in Excel and Word
• Familiarity of Metro Manila area is an advantage
• Is capable of handling tasks under pressure
• Possesses excellent work ethics and values
• Experience in a multinational company an advantage
