As Team Leader - Guest Services you will be responsible for supporting the talented Guest Services Team in order to provide guests with all the services and assistance from the moment they arrive and throughout their stay with us. Some of the key processes include but are not limited to:

Checking in and checking out guests
Establishing a personalized relationship with guests
Handling all the guest requests and resolve any issues
Supporting and motivating the rest of the team
Working with other teams to maximise guest satisfaction

Qualifications
With your passion and care for guests, you are always looking for ways to exceed their expectation. You are currently working in a customer facing environment and have an inquisitive nature and the desire to achieve your best. Your smart appearance, good communication skills and attention to detail round up your profile.
