Responsibilities:

- Job Description refresh project
On-Boarding:

- Developing communication recommendations and templates for hiring managers. (ex: template email to send a few days before new hire starts, an email to send to their team/teams they interact with introducing new hire)
- Refreshing the look and feel of the week 1 meeting schedule and making suggestions of key people all new hires should meet with
- Helping Ana to refresh her new hire deck
- Other pieces of the on-boarding project we need help with
Recruiting:

- Interview scheduling
- Offer letter creation
- Escort of candidates
- Assist with SOP creation
- Candidate sourcing
- Document Management ( Archive Files)
- Culture Project ( Materials, Docs, for Managed properties)

Qualifications
Key Competencies:

- Work with leaders, managers, and associates to support WHG initiatives
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Strong organizational skills, self-motivated, and detail orientated
- Ability to be highly flexible in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Computer software knowledge required, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to maintain professional demeanor and confidentiality
- Works well within a team environment
To be considered for an internship with Wyndham Worldwide:

- Candidates should be currently enrolled in an accredited college, university or trade school undergraduate or graduate degree program
- Candidates must meet specified requirements and qualifications determined by each hiring manager
- College student (with a Human Resources major preferred)
