Responsibilities:

- Facilitate the development and approval process of brand standard changes and enhancements
- Review standard changes and their impact across all brands as well as current standards in place; review and track requested changes from strategic sourcing, legal and brand leaders through our standards workflow. Support Franchise Quality team in recommending standard improvement based on industry standard and analytics.
- Assist the Brand Standards Manager with content and image updates to the brand standards platform
- Manage the brand standard inbox that include questions from the field teams and franchisees
- Assist the Brand Standards Manager in special projects including updates to design guidelines and sourcing marketing materials for all brands.

Qualifications
Key Competencies:

- Focus in Hospitality, Operations, Business Administration or Communications
- Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills, highly organized, detail oriented and capable of multi-tasking.
- Ability to collaborate and partner with the Franchise Quality team and other departments.
- Ability to strive in a deadline oriented environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Knowledge of process improvement and/or hotel operations helpful
