- Collect and Reserve Units on an annual basis and maintain accurate record of obligation on EVS1

- Support Member helpdesk with inventory for CIP

- Maintain regular contact with resorts; provide training and support for Resortlink 2000 & Yourgpn and WE for resort admin and middle management resorts staff.

- AGM and seminar attendance when needed

- Collate Information and scores relating to RCI RRP scores, and distribute to Resorts & Account Managers

- Deal with email and telephone queries from all regional resorts in a timely and accurate manner

- Promote RCI Products & Services to Affiliates

- Monitor & check Rental Invoices for payment

- Ensure that comment card reports are received by developer/management - key contacts/.

- Provide support to RQIP project process.

- Executing the PIM project for EMEA.

- Support rentals, web comparisons, fill the required data forms, co-ordinate with RM re inventory add & remove.

- Update EVS1 and DBL for Resort Information Sheets, Urgent Info and Resort Notes. Issue Errata's. Manage status changes. Request resort freezes
- Project Manage the loading of new Resorts & units, Resort Disaffiliations, Calendar Changes andMajor changes of constitution
- Perform VIP exchanges for targeted clients
- Collect payback inventory
- Blocks/unblocks
- Bulk Collect and transfers
- Process all Enrolments for Regional resorts
- Provide support to marketing activities related to Directory production and translation activities.
- Support BD in translation process.
- Support the local Marketing activities in cooperation with the Marketing team in the UK.
- Support the day-to- day administration and implementation of brand marketing and public relations (PR) initiatives to raise awareness and consideration of RCI both to general audiences and to the affiliates.
- Organize B2B2C campaigns and work together with affiliates, support the resorts and conduct visits for organizing marketing activities.


- Excellent oral and written communication skills, highly organized and able to work under pressure.

- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office

- Proven Administration Skills, Accurate keyboard skills and attention to detail

- 2-3 years in the hospitality/travel industry in a sales/customer service environment

- Hungarian, German, English languages - must be fluent and have proficient writing skills in all.

- Spanish, Finnish and/or Russian languages will be an advantage

- Bachelor's degree in business and/or tourism studies
