Participants in Wyndham Worldwide's internship program work on challenging assignments, while partnering with experienced colleagues who are committed to helping them learn and develop skills throughout the program. Interns also network and connect with various leaders within the company and have the chance to participate in engaging workshops. The comprehensive program includes:

- Interactive orientation
- Professional development workshops
- Coaching and feedback sessions
- Roundtable discussions with senior leadership
- Presentation opportunities
- Networking with leaders from across the organization
- Group activities

- Support marketing initiatives for various WHG brands
- Support the management of social media content calendar and promotional calendar
- Support curation of user-generated content and property content for brand social media channels
- Assist with local brand photo shoots (if scheduled)
- Assist with brand asset management (e.g., photos, videos) and communication to teams / departments / regions
- Support development and execution of marketing programs, promotions, or events
- Support research and analysis efforts as part of marketing planning and performance measurement.
- Conduct competitor analysis and summarize findings
- Develop summaries of research studies and brand performance reports
- Support the development of brand insights
- Organize research information on brand asset library
- Support the operations of ongoing research programs
- Support brand initiatives and pilot efforts
- Support idea generation and ongoing updates of brand roadmaps
- Support execution of specific brand pilots

Key Competencies:

- Interest in the hospitality industry
- Possess strong leadership skills
To be considered for an internship with Wyndham Worldwide:

- Candidates should be currently enrolled in an accredited college, university or trade school undergraduate or graduate degree program
- First year MBA
- Candidates must meet specified requirements and qualifications determined by each hiring manager
