We're looking for someone to assist the Recruitment Manager with recruiting new team members. The Recruitment Officer will help to manage the recruitment process from the creation of requisitions to on boarding by:-

•Updating trackers, reports, systems and organization charts.
•Advertising vacancies.
•Utilizing the candidate management system and HR system.
•Creating, gathering and submitting documents for new hires.
•Creating documents related to internal transfer.
•Arranging interviews.
•Assisting and in some cases managing recruitment open days.
•Screening CV.
•Posting and renewing job adverts.
•Creating contracts and other recruitment related tasks

•Previous administration experience is a necessity
•Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language is a necessity.
•Good computer skills is a necessity. (The successful candidate will be familiar with standard MS Office applications. Knowledge of Taleo and Workday systems are a bonus)
•All applicants must be flexible to work varying shift patterns, including bank holidays, evenings and weekends.
•All applicants must be eligible to work in the UK and must be in possession of the relevant passport and visa documentation to prove this.
•Previous recruitment experience in a similar role within a hotel or restaurant environment is a desirable
