Key Responsibilities
Become an intergral team member in one of the leading hotels in Australia and make it even more successful by providing expertise in overall direction and business strategies. 
Responsible for the overall sales efforts, positioning of the hotel, brand communications and the development of customer base for the entire hotel operation including Rooms, Events, F&B outlets and Chi Spa.
Responsible for all the hotel marketing functions, maximizing total hotel revenue market share, and optimization of profit returns, as well as maintaining a relationship and close coordination between the hotel Marketing Division and Shangri-La International Hotels and Resorts Corporate Marketing team.
Experience and Skills Required:
Degree in Hospitality or Marketing or Business Administration
At least 5 years experience in large, luxury hotel sales & marketing with 2 years experience as Director of Sales
Leading a team of dynamic individuals with abililty to detect and develop talent
Eloquent  with excellent listening skills
Friendly, open and able to build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders
Highly motivated self starter who acts as a positive role model
Candidates with the right to work in Australia are preferred especially in the first instance
