DUTIES

The Chef de Partie (Pastry) shall train, supervise and control the work of the kitchen personnel in the Pastry Kitchen. He/she will maintain the high standards of food preparation according to the standards set by the Management.

REQUIREMENTS


• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an international luxury hotel, restaurant or pastry/bakery in the same capacity.
• Must be up to date with new culinary trends available in the market.
• Strictly enforces HACCP guidelines throughout department.
• Fluent in oral and written English.
• Creative and with an eye for details.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Positive disposition towards work.
• Motivator, self-starter and a team-builder. Displays strong leadership within the team.
• Displays initiative and commitment to professional values.
• Local package offered.
