DUTIES

Trains, supervises and controls the work of the kitchen personnel in the Sage Bespoke Grill kitchen. Maintains high standards of food preparation and service in the appointed kitchen(s), according to the standards set by the Management.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• At least 2 years experience in an international luxury hotel or fine dining restaurant in the same capacity.
• Must be up to date with new culinary trends available in the market.
• Strictly enforces HACCP guidelines throughout department.
• Must be passionate about food and loves to cook.
• Fluent in oral and written English.
• Creative and with an eye for details.
• Outgoing and people oriented.
• With Pastry background.
• Motivator, self-starter and a team-builder.
• Displays strong leadership within the team.
• Local package offered.
