1. Must be Male
2. Requested Nationality:Indian / Sri Lankan / Filipino / Iranian / Egyptian / Morocca
3. Personality:Pleasant, Calm, Attentive, Focused
4. Appearance: Clean and Neat
5. Academic and Technical Requirement:Diploma in Food Production (or) Degree in Catering
6. Experience: At least 03 years of Experience in Jr. Sous Chef & 02 years experience as a Management Trainee in similar Hotel Category, Experience in Different cuisine is an Asset, Hygiene exposure is must
7. Languages: Fluent in Speaking and writing English & Arabic is an advantage
8. Management Skills: Able to conduct trainings, practical classes & other staff related trainings
9. Computer Skills: Basic Computer Knowledge, Internet, Hotel Software Knowledge is a must
10. Flexibility: Able to Perform split duty at any time, on the job for long hours
11. P.R. Ability:Able to communicate effectively with all level of superiors, colleagues
12. Special Skills: Knowledge in Regional cuisine, Vegetable Carving, Ice Carving, Fruit Carving. Different cuisines exposure, Festival & Theme dinner Experience is advantage.
