Responsibilities:

- Support not only the HIT IT Shared Services department, but all of HIT. Have exposure interacting with all levels and departments in the organization. These value add responsibilities are very broad and would cover many aspects of the HIT organization: financial, project management, resource management, reporting, presentations and contract management. The intern will have both one-time and on-going responsibilities.
- The one-time responsibilities include: facilitating project governance artifact management, establish Clarity investment shell, and create SharePoint sites, setup Clarity budget, support project financial reconciliation closeout, and Clarity & SharePoint system closeout activities.
- The on-going responsibilities include: Clarity transaction processing; manage monthly financial actual/forecast reporting, general adhoc reporting, and quarterly project artifact governance audits.

Qualifications
Key Competencies / Skills:

- Familiar with a variety of project management methodologies, concepts, practices, and procedures. Comfortable with project metrics and reporting. Familiar with budgeting and financials
- Comfortable with project metrics Ability to translate business needs into workable solutions.
- Process requests timely with minimal supervision required
- Methodical approach.
- Organized, possessing strong analytical abilities
To be considered for an internship with Wyndham Worldwide:

- Candidates should be currently enrolled in an accredited college, university or trade school undergraduate or graduate degree program
- Candidates must have completed Junior year
- Candidates must meet specified requirements and qualifications determined by each hiring manager
