We are looking for a Part Time Reservations and Guest Service Centre Agent to join our team.

You'll be an enthusiastic and approachable person who is motivated to consistently deliver a great customer experience, where no request is too big or small to ensure our guests have a truly memorable 5 star experience.

You will be responsible for recording and processing all reservations and guest service centre enquiries made by phone, email or fax, you will need to be able to multi task and see all reservations and requests through to completion.<br><br> With a family of 9 brands and more than 4,600 hotels in 100 countries, we'll give you opportunities to learn new skills and grow your career; not forgetting a competitive salary and benefits package with hotel discount worldwide! Ideally you'll have previous experience in a reservations or front office environment and have a real passion for delivering great customer service. You'll be known for your dynamic personality and superior communication skills and have the flexibility to work various shifts including weekends.
