Kingsgate Hotel is popularly located at Al Zahiyah Street near numerous establishments, malls, and some other leisure attractions area in Abu Dhabi meetings, conferences, weddings and other social business function.

The Kingsgate Hotel is a 3-star hotel and offer 108 rooms designed in a unique style that reflect tasteful elegance. It is intended to make guest perfectly at home in a leisurely set up rooms, offer high-speed internet, satellite TV and minibars (alcohol free), plus tea and coffee making facilities & 24 -hour room service.

There's an informal, all - day restaurant, as well as rooftop gym and a business center.

Key Job Responsibilities
As a Food & Beverage Attendant you are responsible to provide professional service to our guests, ensuring their restaurant visit will become a memorable dining experience whereby your role will include key responsibilities such as:


•Perform all necessary tasks to service food & beverage according to the standard of performance manual of the hotel
•Greet and serve the guests in a professional manner
•Provide courteous service to guests and respond promptly and tactfully to guests' enquiries, complaints and requests.
•Consistently monitor quality of food & beverage being served
•Practice good customer relations and attend to customer complaints / queries satisfactorily
•Responsible for maintaining hygiene and cleanliness standards in the outlet and upkeep of all service equipment
•Responsible for all service preparations before, during and after the service (mis-en-place & mis-en-scene)
•Ensure minimum wastage, breakage and spoilage
• Actively use up selling techniques to exceed guest expectations and increase <br><br>
•Experience in similar operations
•Polite and with helpful manner
•Reliability & honesty
•Ability to work alone and as part of a team
•Self motivated
