2017 marks the opening of the first Grand Hyatt in the Philippines at the Bonifacio Global City that will bring to life a radical transformation and perspective on what entertaining and hospitality is all about. As we build a vibrant, passionate and fun-loving team, we are seeking a well-experienced Chief Concierge who assists in the smooth and efficient running of the concierge and bell desk within the rooms division.

You will provide highly specialized front of house services meant to exceed guest expectations and lead the concierge team in delivering an unmatched level of service that is uniquely Grand Hyatt. You will be responsible for providing extraordinary level of service and leadership and training in Bell Service, Valet, and Concierge Desk and manage a highly localised team of associates.

As a pre-opening team member, you will be involved in preparing the hotel for a successful opening. You will be involved in the creation of the Departmental Operations Manual and in establishing the policies and procedures within your scope and be responsible for directing and administering Concierge operations in fulfilling the Grand Hyatt promise of delivering moments of more.


University degree in hospitality management.

Progressive career in Concierge in a 5 star hotel with at least 5 years experience in a similar role. International experience is desirable.

Very familiar about the local area with established contacts in hospitality, transportation, retail and toursist attraction.

Possess strong management and leadership capabilities.
