2017 marks the opening of the first Grand Hyatt in the Philippines at the Bonifacio Global City that will bring to life a radical transformation and perspective on what entertaining and hospitality is all about. As we build a vibrant, passionate and fun-loving team, we are seeking a well-experienced Assistant Manager- Guest Service Center who assists the Guest Service Center Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient running of Guest Service Centre within the Rooms Division.

As a pre-opening team member, you will be involved in preparing the hotel for a successful opening. You will be involved in the creation of the Departmental Operations Manual and in establishing the policies and procedures within your scope and be responsible for directing and administering Guest Service Center operations in fulfilling the Grand Hyatt promise of delivering moments of more.


Bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field

Proficient in communicating in the English language, ability to speak a foreign language desired. Ability to handle challenging situations and able to communicate with confidence, respect and humility.

With progressive experience in Guest Service Center gained over the last 5 years in a 5 star luxury property, 2 years of which would have been spent as an Assistant Manager- Guest Service Center. Well versed in the local area and able to relate to various cultures and groups.

Skilled in leading a diverse team with varying degrees of experience and talents. Able to teach and inspire team members to be their best everyday.
