We are looking for a Back Office Coordinator to join the dynamic housekeeping team and to make sure that all guest rooms and associated areas are ready and clean. Some of the key processes include but are not limited to:

Receiving information from Front Office regarding expected and early arrivals, VIP's, moves, group arrivals and special requests and pass on to Floor and pass on to Floor Supervisors/Housekeepers.
Ensuring safety of all keys held in the Housekeeping office and for the recording of any keys issued from the office.
Receiving reports from Housekeepers regarding rooms requiring urgent maintenance; informing the Engineering Department and keeping records.
Preparing rotas, wages and attendance lists.
Ordering of flowers for VIP's and for replacements required for Suites.
Ordering printing and stationery appropriate to needs from general stores.
Receiving and co-ordinating all calls received by Housekeeping.
Typing memos, letters etc. as and when necessary.
Guiding and coaching colleagues
Ordering baby-sitters for guests, as required.
Handling lost and found enquiries.

Qualifications
Motivated and focused on details, you will have previous experience in similar role. If you have a positive "can do" attitude and you want to grow up within the Housekeeping Department, then we are looking forward to meeting you.
