To support our Talent & Learning team within the Luxury Division, we are looking for:

Director of Learning, Luxury Europe

Within the frame work of the global learning strategy for Luxury brands, support Operations implement the service promise of each brand within the European network.

The Luxury Division Europe looks after 140 hotels in 17 countries within 6 Brands: Raffles, Fairmont, Sofitel, MGallery, Pullman, Swissôtel

Job Summary:

• ensure consistent roll out of learning strategy for Luxury in all properties within the European division
• monitor learning tracker results as well as RPS results for all properties within Division, set & implement corrective action plans with Operations for region/hotels in needs
• coordinate and coach the hotel & regional learning managers community, ensuring full coverage of all Division properties; introduce & put in place re-billing processes together with Operations / local Talent & Culture teams
• guarantee Brand service promise is in place in newly opened properties by building & training a squad of inside trainers and transferring the learning strategy core programs
• contribute to the global Luxury learning strategy, participate in new digital learning initiatives and follow up pilots in the European Division in coordination with VP global Learning Luxury & team


• College graduate, preferably in Business or Hotel Management
• Sound skills in education for adults
• Minimum of 5 years of successful experience in design and facilitation of learning courses
• Outstanding records of successful learning programs implementation in a luxury hospitality environment, from Staff to Senior audience - General Managers, Hotels Executive Committee members & Departments Heads
• Ability and willingness to travel as required
• A comprehensive understanding of the upper-upscale or luxury hotel industry
• International experience back ground is a must
• English mandatory, other European language a plus (German, French, Italian) Personal Traits:
