About the Role...

The Discovery Team Manager will lead the team of Discovery Representatives providing guests with the opportunity to purchase the Discovery Trial program which introduces them to the value and benefits of becoming a WorldMark Owner, as well as completing duties including but not limited to;

- Greet guests after the sales presentation and conduct a survey in regard to guests' experience
- Present the Discovery program in an engaging but clear and concise and professional manner with the goal of selling guest the program
- Conduct consistent and accurate Discovery sales presentations to guests to achieve defined sales targets
- Follow and represent the Company in an ethical, moral and professional manner with adherence to industry and Company best practices
- Set and review performance goals weekly, monthly and year to date (YTD)
- Fully observe and remain compliant at all times with Company policies and procedures
- Display a Count On Me! service to all internal and external parties
- Show integrity in all aspects of the position by doing the right thing, taking responsibility and delivering on the promise
- Display leadership values by ensuring effective communication and respecting your peers and managers. Support others within the team and empower each other wherever possible.
