The Biltmore, Hotel Tbilisi Located in a very prestigious address in Georgia, central Tbilisi on the Rustaveli Avenue and capturing the memories since 1934, the hotel is connected to the timeless landmark Institute of Marxism and Leninism (IMEL) building. The iconic glass structure stands tall providing breathtaking views of the Georgian capital Tbilisi. With 214 luxury guest rooms and suites across 32 floors, multiple dining outlets, a stunning ballroom that can accommodate up to 400 people, luxury Spa , swimming pool, the hotel is sure to impress.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Implements all sales action plans related to marketing area as outlined in the Business Plan
• Maintains and develops designated market, regularly conducting sales calls to increase awareness of the property
• Conducts continuous research on potential accounts within the local market.
• Arrange site inspections and entertainment related to his/her market.
• Develops and maintains the potential client's database and ensure proper documentation of accounts activities.
• Submits all sales leads obtained as soon as possible to the Director of Sales.
• Assists the Director of Sales in carrying out site inspections or entertainment for existing and potential clients.
• Liaise closely with the Sales team for any feedback from accounts that needs following up.

• Assists the Director of Sales in carrying out site inspections or entertainment for existing and potential clients. <br><br>
• Minimum 3 years experience in 5 star hotel
• Excellent command of both Russian and English languages written and spoken
•Previous experience in pro-active sales experience within the hospitality and ideally within the MICE segment
