DUTIES:
 
The Duty Manager provides day-to-day supervision, direction and leadership to the Front Office team. He/She is also the first contact point for guest in the event of emergency.
 
REQUIREMENT:
 

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
• Knowledgable and experienced in handling guest(s)
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure
