At the moment we're looking for an Income Auditor to join our energetic, enthusiastic and passionate team, based at Holiday Inn Downtown Dubai

As an Income Auditor you will assist in the smooth running of the Hotel Finance department by assisting the Cluster Finance & Business Support Manager.

As an Income Auditor , you will be responsible for:


• Preparing and posting daily revenue journals and distributing to the Management
• Performing daily, weekly, monthly and yearly controls and audits as per IHG control checklist and report any discrepancies
• Controlling Food & Beverage Sales by: ü Correct recording of guest checks on a timely
ü Having all voided checks, corrections and unsettled checks approved by the Restauant Supervisor or Manager
ü Monitoring the buffet controls, especially over cash settled checks to prevent reuse, ensuring all revenues are recorded
ü Ensuring banquet controls are being adhered to
ü Reconciling total outlet sales to total charges
ü Ensuring all rebates and miscellaneous charges are supported by documentation detailing the charges

• Summarizing the Rebate credits, miscellaneous charges and paid outs, and sent to the Finance Manager & General Manager for daily review
• Ensuring that programs involving coupons, certificates, and vouchers are adequately controlled and safeguards are in place.
• Auditing the General Cashier Summary.
• Verifying F&B pricing with the Micros Master List and correct the discrepancies
• Performing surprise cash count for the Outlet Cashiers. <br><br>Qualifications


• A minimum of 2 years of experience in working in Finance/ Front Office department within a hotel in a role which deals with the auditing function
• Bachelor degree in Finance/ Accounts
• Positive attitude
• Committed to delivering a high level of customer service
• Willingness to learn
