Join us as a Front Office Team Leader at Holiday Inn Potts Point Sydney. You'll have ambition, talent and obviously, some key skills. Because, for this vital role, we're looking for a passionate and experienced customer service professional to lead the Front Office team and drive results.

Reporting into the Front Office Manager and Duty Manager, you will be responsible for all Front Office activities including guest check in and out, settling of accounts, responding to phone queries and reservations, as well as demonstrating strong knowledge of the hotel and local area. You'll also be responsible for leading and developing the team, with support from management.

As the face of the hotel, your dynamic personality and superior communication skills will enable you to relate with our guests whilst identifying and anticipating their needs, ultimately bringing the brand to life. Your experience in people management will enable you to build strong working relationships whilst your demonstrated leadership skills and enthusiasm will motivate the team to consistently succeed.<br><br> Ideally, you'll have 12 months experience in a reservations or guest service agent role preferably within a front office or hotel environment. You'll have team management or supervisory experience along with excellent written and oral communication skills. Attention to detail, ability to multi-task and pro-actively building rapport with guests and colleagues are key to success in this fast-paced role. OPERA experience is highly advantageous. You'll also have the flexibility to work various shifts including evenings and weekends and meet the legal requirements to work in Australia.
