Crowne Plaza New Delhi Rohini is an upscale hotel located in North West Delhi with 183 well appointed rooms and exquisite Food & Beverage services. It is about 15 kms from the airport and about 8 kms from the city centre.
The areas around the hotel are well known for an amusement park (Adventure Island), Japanese Park and a District Park. There are lot of famous shopping malls near the hotel. Mangalam Place, near the hotel is a hub for shopping arcades and office complexes. It has lot of outlets for high class international product brands. There are huge multiplexes located in Rohini for recreational activities.
Rohini is well connected with rest of the city by the Metro network and flyovers. Other attractions include Sai Baba temple, which is one of the biggest temples of Delhi. Famous Kali Mata Mandir also attracts devotees from Delhi and different states of India. Rohini is also well known for Education Centres and Hospitals. Educational Institutes like Delhi College of Engineering, Delhi Institute of Advanced Studies and Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Technology are recognized globally while notable hospitals like Rajiv Gandhi Cancer Institute, B. R. Ambedkar hospital and Jaipur Golden hospital are known for excellent care and treatments.
The hotel has four room types : 134 Superior rooms, 15 Business Class rooms, 30 Executive Club rooms and 4 Deluxe Suites. Food & Beverage services include a All Day Dining restaurant with 128 covers, which will serve buffet during all meal periods along with other varied cuisine options from the menu. The hotel has an Indian restaurant with 116 covers, which will serve authentic North Indian cuisine. The hotel Bar with 48 covers has been designed to create a perfect place for social gatherings. There is also a wine cellar next to the Bar, which will be equipped with famous wines from all across the globe.
The hotel has the city's largest banquet facilities at two levels of approximately 42,000 sq. feet that can cater to large corporate and social functions.
Crowne Plaza New Delhi Rohini also has a well equipped Fitness Centre, four Treatment rooms and a unisex Salon. There is an outdoor swimming pool for guests and the Business Centre with all modern meeting room facilities. Executive Club Lounge will serve exclusive breakfast to Club guests along with all day food and beverage services.
The hotel will provide superlative services to business travellers and will also be known for interesting F & B offers for corporate and local clientele.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities - (Key Activities of the role)
· Effectively manage the restaurant by ensuring the following:
o Oversee the Implementation of standards as detailed in the departmental standards and procedures manual
o Adhere to opening and closing procedures
o Adhere to bill paying procedures
o Conduct effective shift briefings ensuring all staff are aware of VIPs, special occasions, daily specials; emphasis on upselling certain products; etc
o Personally meet and farewell a minimum of 80% of your customers
o Encourage and motivate staff to provide optimum service during all shifts
· Share recommendations and guest comments to Chef and Food and Beverage Manager to reflect current customer profile
· Develop and implement Promotions Calendar for F&B products in restaurant
· Manage special event concepts
· Anticipate market changes and review operations when necessary
· Conduct competitor analysis
· Create positive publicity opportunities
· Manage customer database and utilize effectively
· Up-sell property facilities
· Actively pursue cost saving measures
· Recycle wherever possible
· Liaise with Sales Manager during tender process to obtain new accounts; Food and Beverage specific
· Manage wage and beverage cost
· Forecasting
· Stock control
· Analyze food and beverage statistics through point of sale system
· Works with Superior on manpower planning and management needs
· Works with Superior in the preparation and management of the Department's budget<br><br> Ideally, you'll have some or all of the following things we're looking for:
Required Skills -
· Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
· Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler card as required by local government agency.
· Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities.
· Good writing skills
· Leadership Skills

Qualifications -
· Diploma in Hotel Management, Food & Beverage, or related field.

Experience -
· 4 years related experience, including supervisory experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
