Sales Administration Coordinator Wyndham Vacation Ownership is currently seeking a Sales Administration Coordinator who will participate in the support of day to day operations for the Orlando Telesales center. Ensure contract worksheets are approved prior to entry in system and that all contracts are entered into designated system. Proof read contracts for accuracy, ensures all contracts are issued timely, and are correctly signed. Process all incoming contracts for transmittal to corporate office; record all money transactions; and ensure notarization is accurate and complete. Ensure all documentation is attached prior to corporate submission. Provide daily support to the Administration Manager and Project Director; assist with necessary duties to ensure all contracts are processed timely. Responsibilities: - Provides clerical/administrative support to the Orlando Telesales office - Maintains office documentation, contracts, and system records - Accurately enters data from worksheet and prints the required contractual documents according to company policies and state laws in a timely manner - Review contracts and accompanying documents to ensure they are accurate and complete according to legal guidelines - Answers questions about the organization's contract standards - May assist in customer service functions - Operates a personal computer and appropriate software packages or its equivalent - General office work and other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements and Qualifications - High School diploma or equivalent - Computer proficiency required - Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects - Strong organizational skills required - Strong written and verbal communication skills required - Scheduling flexibility due to business demands required - Ability to work evening shifts - Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment - Product Knowledge preferred - Working Knowledge of the following Sales and Marketing processes required: System Applications (CSS, Salepoint, UBS, STEAM, Epiphany, etc.) preferred
