2017 will be a year of significant change. A record number of new hotel openings will require significant support from the Hong Kong Support Centre.
This position will report to Vice President - Commercial Strategy, Asia Pacific. The position will act as one of the Sales Operations Leaders for the Asia Pacific region with area/hotel responsibilities to be assigned by the Vice President, Commercial Strategy. For existing hotels, this role is required to ensure top line revenue budgets are achieved, new hotels' revenues ramp up quickly, hotels with declining Revenue Growth Index are supported, sales expenses are managed within budget and the overall sales experience meets / exceeds customer expectations. He / She is will also lead and define a clear roadmap and strategy for pre-opening and takeover sales & marketing teams and work closely with Revenue Management, Hyatt Sales Force and Field Marketing teams to ensure objectives are met. This role will also monitor the execution of the strategy throughout the ramp-up period.

Qualifications
We are looking for a dynamic individual who is a strategic and caring leader who inspires his or her colleagues to drive brand preference and achieve results. This position will be based out of Hong Kong Support center and require frequent international travel. Mandarin speaking proficiency is required.
