We're looking for a Marketing and Distribution Relationship Manager to work in our talented team.

JOB SUMMARY:

Execute marketing activities to drive revenue streams (including Rooms, Food & Beverage, Banquets & Weddings, Meetings & Events), local awareness (reputation and understanding of hotel brand in the city) and relationships (hotel guests, media companies, local community, and vendors)

Manage the hotel ' s marketing communications responsibilities according to IHG standard operating procedures including Marketing Planning, Collateral and Advertising Production, Content Management, Promotion and Events.

Collaborate with partner teams (including Food & Beverage, Meetings and Events, Sales, Revenue Management/Reservations) on marketing promotions.

Responsible for driving hotel ' s channel performance by managing social media practices, optimizing hotel content, and integrating to IHG tools and systems.

Develop and implement hotel Distribution marketing strategies across Websites (WEB), Central Reservation Offices (CRO), Global Distribution Systems (GDS), and On Line Travel Agents (OTA) to increase revenue through system contribution. The key influencer of channel shifting and create hotel awareness around the value of IHG Reward Club.

Develop and present long-term business strategies and plans to market the Hotel with assigned Internet affiliates, include advertising to Business to Consumer and Business to Business sites, or online search engines and search-related sites.<br><br>Required Skills
- Demonstrated expertise of online marketing as well as offline

- Creative, innovative, and aware of new technology trends in the travel industry

- Engaged in social media platforms (e.g. Facebook)

- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Photoshop skills will be a plus

- Strong communication skills in English. Local language and source market language a plus

- Team Player and excellent interpersonal skills

- Fundamental skills to project management

Qualification
Degree level in Marketing, Communications, Business administration or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.

Experience
3 years experience in Marketing, Distribution marketing, Digital marketing, Brand management, Public Relations, Marketing Communications or Revenue management
