We are looking for a Sous Chef for our All Day Dining Restaurant - J65. As an entrepreneur of this outlet and a decision maker, you will be responsible for the respective kitchen and staff matters, providing satisfaction to the guests, maximizing profit of the Hotel by keeping cost within assigned budget, and assisting the Chef de Cuisine and Executive Chef in operations and administration. Regularly review existing menus, and come up with "In jen ious Ideas" to develop menu engineering. Constantly improve the quality of food served and ensure guest satisfaction.
Candidate must have at least 3 to 5 years experience in running all sections of the kitchen, ensure consistent preparation and production of food, actively participate in the kitchen training, including on the job training. You will also monitor health, hygiene and safety requirements of the department.
