The hotel combines spectacular views of the Pearl River with elegant landscaped gardens, providing an urban oasis for guests' comfort and pleasure. The hotel has already become the new event and dining destination of Guangzhou. With our eight restaurants and bars, two ballrooms and eight function rooms, we are able to cater to events of any scale.
 
 
RESPONSIBILITY
 
To create awareness and build restaurants reputation in the local market. To plan the food and beverage promotions and execute the marketing plans through tactics in a timely manner. To enhance the positioning of signature restaurants in order to enhance the overall positioning of the hotel and the Shangri-La brand. To build and maintain a quality database to broaden market reach and generate customer loyalty. To lead F&B sales team and conduct sales related activities, Implement actions and managing processes to drive growth and ensure the key business target are achieved.
 
REQUIRMENTS
 

• Diploma / Degree in food and beverage / hospitality management
• Oral and written fluency in English / Chinese
• Minimum 2 years managerial experience in an international class hotel
• Displays initiative. Commitment to professional values
• Extrovert / open minded. Good and relationship building and diplomacy
• Flexible and adaptable to different working locations
• Good relationship with industry colleagues in competitor hotels
