2017 marks the opening of the first Grand Hyatt in the Philippines at the Bonifacio Global City that will bring to life a radical transformation and perspective on what entertaining and hospitality is all about. As we build a vibrant, passionate and fun-loving team, we are seeking a well-experienced Credit Manager who will ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Credit functions within the Finance Division.

Grand Hyatt Manila will feature 461 luxurious and suites, an entertainment complex, state of the art events spaces and an array of F&B options that provide an abundance of culinary delights, and a Fitness center and Spa.

As the hotel's Credit Manager, you will be required to supervise and oversee the accounts receivable, credit, bill collection and all related areas. You will ensure that all hotel, company and local rules, policies and regulations relating to financial record keeping, money handling and licensing are adhered to, including the timely and accurate reporting of financial information. You will maintain strong, professional relationships with the relevant representatives from competitor hotels and other organisations, especially travel agencies, local business groups and airlines.

As a pre-opening team member, you will be involved in preparing the hotel for a successful opening. You will be responsible with the development and maintenance of a detailed department operations manual that reflects policies and procedures, work processes and standards of performance within the division.


Education : Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce or hospitality/ tourism management

Professional Experience in Hospitality : Progressive experience in Credit and Collection operations in a 5 star luxury property, 2 years of which would have been spent as a Credit Manager . Certified Public Accountant (CPA) board passer is an advantage. Highly developed analytical and problem solving skills with high regard for detail and accuracy, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
