Welcome to Hotel Jen, proudly the newest hotel brand in the Shangri-La Group! If you’re a lover of life, fun, adventure and discovery, then you’ll love working with us.
The new hotel is part of the newest 60 story building in the CBD and part of China World Trade Center . Hotel Jen Beijing will feature a 3500sqm gym and health club with pool, a gastro pub with microbrewery, an international all day dining restaurant with own hydroponic vegetable farming, a revolutionary meeting space with a large ‘kitchen to go’ amongst other exciting novelties.
If you join Hotel Jen Beijing, you will be part of the pre-opening team to setup, open and establish the 450 room hotel in the CBD / Gumao area of Beijing. The pre-opening team is responsible and handling all planning, setup, organizing and preparation works for a successful launch of the hotel at the end of the year.
In your role as Assistant Communications Manager , you are under the general guidance and supervision of the Director of Marketing and within the limits of established hotel policies and procedures, promote and maintain good public relations in order to maintain the prestigious image of the hotel. Plan, direct control, coordinate and participate in all public relations activities.
If you are

• With minimum 2 years’ experience as an Assistant communications manager/Public relations in an international class hotel or advertising agency
• With Strong relationship with media
• Fluency in Oral and written English and other languages skills would be an advantage
• With Over-seas education background is preferable
• Self-starter, creative, proactive and open-minded
