We currently have a vacancy for Director of IT. We are looking for candidates whom can offer us -
 
·          Prompt operational support of all hotel IT and software to ensure operational objectives are delivered.
·          Information is safeguarded through daily back up procedures.
·          Business partner with the hotel HR department to ensure adequate training is provided to hotel users and a culture of continuous improvement/business improvement is adopted.
·          Assist Division heads to fully utilise the IT infrastructure in their divisional area.
·          Have experience in managing third party suppliers and outsourcing of systems – managing suppliers against set down SLA’s
·          Create, Implement and Maintain contingency planning for our main hotel systems Opera PMS/Micros 9700/Lotus Domino
·          Have exceptional interpersonal skills to business partner well with all hotel users – driving and role modelling a great offering of internal service to internal users.
·          Adopts a stance of continuous business improvement – through exceptional internal business partnering.
·          Can work on many projects at any one time prioritising their time – whilst still driving internal service standards.
